The SEIB-DGVM is a dynamic vegetation model that aims to simulate the transient impacts of climatic change on terrestrial ecosystems and land-atmosphere interactions. It contains mechanical-based or empirical-based algorithms for :
- Land physical processes (hydrology, radiation, air, etc.)
- Plant physiological processes (photosynthesis, respiration, growth, etc.)
- Plant dynamic processes (establishment, mortality, disturbance)
- The SEIB-developing team continuously develops, tests, and improves the model by gathering interdisciplinary contributions. Hence, we are very welcome you to take advantage of our model!
SEIB-DGVM is written in Fortran90. We are developing and validating the code under Intel FORTRAN Compiler 11.0 (Linux version), but we confirmed that it also works on the gfortran.
